Here's all the really, really good stuff!

Like, how PostBack works, why we're all contributing to online peace, and how you can move on with your life knowing you've had your say.

Do I have to be a business to use PostBack?

You must be involved in business activities to use PostBack. This includes contractors, freelancers, businesses, babysitters, etc.

What if I don't want to use my business name, or I don't have one?

We understand there are many situations where you may not use a business name. PostBack welcomes medical providers, freelancers, contractors, etc., to use your name as your business name. However, as we do not allow blogging you shouldn’t need to worry about what you say. It is completely okay for a business to stand up to someone who is criticizing them on the internet.

What if I have multiple businesses?

We are working on the functionality! Stay tuned!

Why should I use PostBack?

  • PostBack lets businesses rate, review, and track clients while keeping your legal team happy.
  • Our preselected options avoid a back-and-forth spiral.
  • Our platform is FREE to use (that's in the budget!)
  • Use your Watchlists to track client behavior patterns. For example, you may want to get a deposit or set up a payment plan for the "Non-Payer" client type (wink).

Why can't I write a summary about what happened?

Here at PostBack we want you to be able to review a client without getting into legal trouble. Open text fields can easily devolve into the trouble zone. Don't see what you need? Suggest an option »

What if the original reviewer takes down their review?

That's no problem, you can head over to your account and remove the post.

What if my client and I resolve an issue that I made a Postie about?

That's amazing! Thanks for helping to make the world a better place! You can mark the Postie as "resolved" in your account portal.

What about HIPAA?

As we are not allowing our Posters to blog about their reviewers, there is no chance of giving up any vital HIPAA information. Another reason for not going into detail about an exchange. We do not want to violate anyone's rights here at PostBack.

What if I do not want to use my business name?

You do not have to. However, as we do not allow blogging, you shouldn’t need to worry about what you say. It is completely okay for a business to stand up to someone who is criticizing them on the internet.

Nevermind if it’s an “oops” or an “OMG, what do I do next?”, just reach out.
