Businesses share anonymous customer insights to watch each other's backs. Now you can know what to expect from a customer before they even come your way.
Your information does not display. Reviews are anonymous to protect our member businesses. PostBack is free to use thanks to our advertisers. We never sell your information, because we aren't lame like that.
What's our deal anyway? A PostBack origin story
We started PostBack as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The world was a stressful place, and it showed in collective customer behavior. The lack of accountability was appalling.
Searching for solutions online, we came up empty. The best we could do was respond to reviews online. Drawn-out back-and-forths in comments was not productive, especially for a busy small business. Responding to online reviews is good, but may also damage your online reputation if not handled correctly.
We knew there could be a better option. So, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work!
We're creating a community of businesses looking out for each other. We want to tell others about red flags, and celebrate the goodies. Together we are making a stand for more accountability for customers' behavior. Let's make our world a better place, one Postie at a time.
